I will contact you normally with in 24 hours. Turn around time is 1 to 3 days pending severity of repairs and parts availability.

Keep your deck clean
Keeping your deck clean helps prevent mice, rust, and keeps the belts running smoothly.
Airflow is as important as good oil
Having problems starting your machine? Not using ethanol free gas only? Pull the dipstick and make sure it has oil. Pull off the air filter and make sure it does not look like this. Keep up on your upkeep. It is essential.
De-Mouse your storage area
Here is a prime example of why it's vitally important to de-mouse the area in which you store your machine on the off-season, mice like tight spaces.
